The US Constitution doesn't explicitly mention "illegals" or undocumented immigrants, but it does grant Congress the power to establish "an uniform Rule of Naturalization". While the Constitution doesn't authorize immigration outside legal channels, once individuals are in the United States, they are entitled to certain constitutional rights, including due process.

Documentation, passports, photo ID did not exist 240 years ago. Hence why such aren't mentioned in the Constitution.
Similar with radio, TV, and other electronic media = modern "press" for "freedom of".
