The first part (next) is not a complaint:

The Board will not permit a racist to use the “N” word.

The second part (next) is more of a 2d premise than a complaint:

The Board does nothing about the expression of hateful death wishes against Jews.

The question is: what neutral principle justifies the former but doesn’t justify action against the latter?

It mimics real life. Virrulent hatred is opposed when expressed against any of the Left’s “protected” groups - blacks, gays, Muslims.

Death threats against Jews and calls for their genocide are allowed.

Suddenly, MANY antisemites I've placed on ignore are no longer on ignore. So I get to remember why I placed them on ignore in the first place. Is there an expiration date?

There is an option at the bottom of the page you're on in a thread that is 'Show ignored content', maybe that is what happened? Or maybe you intended to put somebody on Ignore that is already being ignored and the Ignore functions is then removed. I dunno, but I don't believe an ignored person is unignored by the software by design.
