Levine, 65, endorsed providing gender-affirming care to minors, arguing that the treatment options are 'evidence-based.'

Every child enters puberty for the first time. Every person passes through puberty. Every puberty is unique. Every person passing through puberty is confronted by an enormous transition to another person, an adult. Confusion and disorientation are almost universally incurred. It is 'normal', it is unavoidable, and it is not exceptional.
No one knows what it feels like to be other than how the person is. Imagining being different is not exceptional. It is not a basis for insisting that anyone else imagine the same thing.

What a "wrong" puberty is, is when someone doesn't go through it because of surgical or chemical intervention.

Everyone should go through it, its what makes an adult "an adult".

FACTS -
Puberty blockers have shown to lower bone density markedly. Greatly increasing the likelihood of Osteoporosis later in life.
Puberty blockers stunt the development of genitalia permanently. If you take PBs during the period of time your genitalia would have been growing - stopping PBs will not fix it. If you are on PBs during that once in a lifetime period - it is irreversable.
Puberty blockers can lower a persons fertility for life. On it's own it will not totally sterilize a person - HOWEVER - when taken with hormones it has shown it can and will sterilize the victim permanently.
Puberty Blockers block the growth of bone plates which control bone length growth. People who take PBs during the puberty period may grow "spinely" taller than they should. Thin and too tall for their frame, increasing the likelihood of bone fracturing in a fall.

So yeah - by all means let's let 12 year olds take these significant risks because they think they feel like a girl.

Not only should children not be talked into it by adult parents, guardians or "doctors", they should not be indulged, if they come up with it by the influence of other juvenile friends. The world and mankind got along fine before the possibility of imposing long-lasting change by radically upsetting basic human biology existed. XXY and XYY are rare and the gender is still male ie they both have y in their genes. There are two genders male or female. Thats it.
