It looks like the US and NATO are going to get in over their head.

Trump's goal is to NOT enter into any new wars. Exceptions to that are our international defense treaties. If any of our NATO allies are attacked, the US is mandated to enter the conflict. If any of our Asian allies that we have treaties with are attacked, we are mandated to enter the conflict. If he can get calmer heads to prevail, things might calm down.

America .... I'm not sure that is the right term to use? As far as I know Russia is running on its own steam while "America" is under the boot of the Deep State. We'll just have to wait and see if existential concerns win over the forces of rampaging hegemony.

From the little i know they are just military contractors like many in the West,
