Is The Park Service or the TSA the Worst Agency?

They are both fascist orgs dominated by henchmen. There isn't an independent thought anywhere in either one. I have yet to hear one story of one of those suckers standing up and saying "I will not subject American citizens to this kind of treatment!"
But the TSa hands out little doses of humiliation frequently. The Park Service specializes in grand gestures only once a day or so.
So I leave it for discussion.
