Is something so open to interpretation that it is both confirmable and falsifiable neither?

I can read some vague, open-ended, divergent astrology prediction and come up with a countless number of subjective interpretations that seem to confirm it. I can also come up with every bit as many subjective interpretations that seem to falsify it. It could be said to be both confirmable and falsifiable, which I believe makes it neither and also makes it meaningless.

The reason I bring this up is that I have read that astrology is seen as confirmable, except not falsifiable and I disagree. Like I said, it appears to me that it is both, which makes it neither and makes it meaningless.
