Dr. Trevor Bedford says Seattle now, is like Wuhan China was on January 1…

Washington State risks seeing explosion in coronavirus cases without dramatic action, new analysis says

The coronavirus outbreak in the Seattle area is at a critical juncture and could see explosive growth in cases much like Wuhan, China, if public officials don’t take immediate, forceful measures, according to a new analysis of genetic data.

The author of the analysis, a computational biologist named Trevor Bedford, said there are likely already at least 500 to 600 cases of Covid-19 in the greater Seattle area. He urged health authorities and the public to immediately begin adopting non-pharmaceutical interventions — imposing “social distancing” measures, telling the sick to isolate themselves, and limiting attendance at large gatherings.

“Now would be the time to act,” Bedford, who is at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, told STAT.

we don't have enough hospital beds if there is a pandemic, most people will have to treat themselves

The dead in Seattle are all very old, very sick, and in one assisted living center. This is no different than any other flu. Every flu season the homes for the aged lose several residents. That's why hysteria over this is really foolish. Unlike other flus, this one is fairly mild. Notice that children shake this off without even noticing they are sick.

other cities will follow
IF this gets into the homeless population it will explode like Wuhan.

Seattle has a huge homeless population, if this goes through the homeless camps, it will spread fast.
The virus is just a flu bug. Just like the usual flu season old people with serious health issues and others with serious health issues are most at risk. If you are basically healthy and you catch the virus you'll experience flu symptoms. That's all.
In a couple of months when the virus has been controlled and the stock market bounces back the assholes in the LIB MSM will scream that : "This time Trump got lucky but we can't afford to risk having him in charge if something like this happens again. We MUST get rid of Trump and put Joe Biden in charge. Joe's Filipino nurse will make sure Joe is dressed and shaven and has a clean diaper on and his 'aviators' on for when he addresses the nation from an undisclosed location".

I think it is a bit more than the normal flu that goes around, but really only for the elderly and anyone with existing medical conditions.

The 1919 Spanish Flu was such a terror because it impacted the strong and healthy in higher percentages that most normal flus. Some say it was due to the virus creating an over-reaction in healthy immune systems that caused far more damage than the virus itself.

This also isn't SARS, which were harder to catch but had a much higher mortality rate.

#5: It's the homeless population that may likely and eventually introduce COVID-19 into Washington's Chrysemys and Pelodiscus population. Washingtonians asked to sequester in place is like a reply of disease outbreaks in that state's Primate Research Centers. If the rednecks think the houseless are the cause, they could be killed.
