Now, if you are in the market for a rotted infested travel trailer or motor home that doesn't run, and Portland's homeless are, you can get one for free. They park them on a city street and live out of it. Some extend them with tarps taking up umpteen parking spaces. The heap of trash piled chest high all around them are quite the outdoor scenic experience.

When the homeless invaded a posh SE Portland neighborhood and erected tents all down the sidewalks in front of their homes...the city passed a no camping ordinance and put about 80 no camping signs up all along THOSE streets. We can't have the Dem's homeless you know, actually hanging out with the rich Democrats.

I was at a downtown Portland business recently. There were a dozen windows broken out. At least that many boarded up that were previously broken. The owner told me the riff raff move in each night and run amok. The human waste he finds all over his parking area, OMG!
