Would you say it's disorder medically? I've read that there's binge eating disorder, knowing this does it bother you that comedians make fun of fat people? Like Bill Maher did with Chris Christie?
No it isn't a disorder, well maybe for a few, but the majority of people it's just a sign of being poorly parented.
Most over eaters weren't taught moderation by their parents, they were taught junk food is fine as long as you don't overdo it, they weren't taught to have self control and to be responsible and to take care of themselves and so on. So they grow up being glutinous pigs and pass those traits to their children.
Sure some might have an actual disorder like some people who are compelled irrationally to do something beyond normal means. But most are just fat gross lazy fucks that just don't care and the problem is our society has lost its morals, standards, values and pride so we allow the shitty people to thrive and even encourage them to do so.
Obesity wasn't always a big problem, it used to be somewhat. But we had people like jim fix, and even Richard simmons as big of a goofball he was he was still trying to help people do better and fag or not he deserves some credit. Hell even pbs ran programs of old ladies teaching stretching and yoga stuff encouraging better health. Now improving yourself is phobic this or phobic that.
Now our society is full of fucks like this.
Disorder is a word used way too often now because it allows people to not take responsibility for themselves. They can be a fuck up and loser and a piece of shit but oh oh "I have a disorder" which makes everything not their fault and they can't control it and we need to accept they are as useless as a dog turd.
