There's no way Obama wasn't aware of the influence peddling, bribery action around his Vice President. In fact, in the infamous video where Biden tells how he used the carrot of $1 billion to get a pesky Ukrainian prosecutor fired, he dragged Obama into that confession.

Or are we to believe Obama is as dumb as Kamala Harris?

There is much more to the Biden story than we see now.

Only a truly independent special counsel can possibly get to the bottom of this. And it would force Biden to give evidence under oath.
