The florida felons list kept legal Aemrican voters from voting, most of whom where black voters. Most of these voters wanted to vote for Gore but were kept from voting.

The Scotus gave Bush the election without bothreing to count all the votes and solve the problems that a republican kathleen Harris purposely caused in the election.
