Zone1 Is it just me or are Western europeans more restraint towards differences then Muslims?

I have only a few muslim friends but they usually say Happy Easter or happy Christmas when its orthodox
Western Europeans do not they say that on catholic easter and christmas to me but ignore orthodox they wont say it i dont know why
Croats do though but not austrians or british and such
I greet everyone on every holiday muslim catholic orthodox or jewish

Maybe its just me though because i dont know many real muslims only a few old bosniaks
