In terms of scholarship, the Talmud clearly states that there is wisdom amongst the nations.
There is no TORAH amongst the nations.
The question is, what does it mean that there is no Torah amongst the nations?
It means that God has expectations of humans and they don't deliver.
An important fact to keep in mind is that the Noachide Laws are considered the Torah of the nations.
How many people observe the Noachide Laws?

it was supposed to be the land of milk and honey, but from it's beginning the jews went in and spied it out. Saw men greater in size and number then them. but God was on the jews side so he told taught them to win war through attacking first and a divine hatred of all others.
