Explain how this would work. Iran says "NO! We are still at war!", then they sell or buy which stocks exactly? Which stocks do they sell or buy when they later declare "NOW we are going to have REAL long lasting peace! The war is over!"?

Most likely it's Trump and his people.

We can see that Trump is in this to make money.

He's been suing media outlets for no legitimate reason at all.

He's been suing his own government. He's had people suing his government and letting them win.

He's in this to enrich himself, because that's where his ego lies, with his money.
