Knowing that it’s pronouncements on war and peace can cause wild shifts in the stock market, is it likely that Iran has agents who are using that “insider” information to make profits in the stock market?

Explain how this would work. Iran says "NO! We are still at war!", then they sell or buy which stocks exactly? Which stocks do they sell or buy when they later declare "NOW we are going to have REAL long lasting peace! The war is over!"?
