The only way that the establishment did not use those implications to stop Trump from being elected, is if there are many many guilty establishment DNC politicians on it as well.

1) There is no "list".
2) Trump's name is featured prominently on the list and there would be no way to sanitize it.

One thing is for sure, and that is that if it was true that he was seen with the two underage girls, and he new it was going to be exposed in a very embarassing way, then it could be that the girl's lives were in very serious danger because of the powerful man Clinton was and still is in some circles.

Cases like this have to be top secret in order to protect the innocent. The public trying to try these cases in the media get people killed, otherwise if they botch the findings and release them in a very careless way exposing the victims to danger.
