I remember when Democrats were calling Donald Trump a dictator because he made some executive orders.

You do? LINK TO IT.

What I remember about Trump being a dictator is his promise to be just that on day one.

I see that you think he seriously declared it, and thus have no idea what sarcasm is. You must really struggle with conversations.

No he didn't, stop posting stupid bullshit and actually READ YOUR LINK.
PROPOSALS AND PROJECTED COSTS ARE NOT SPENT, BY DEFINITION.
You are beclowning yourself by uncritically repeating partisan headline bullshit and assertions without reading what underlies them
Read the OP and again. The money was spent illegally, like forgiving student loans when SCOTUS said NFW.

If you actually read the link in your OP you would know he did not spend any money not authorized by Congress
Bullshit. How many student loans were illegally forgiven, as an example.
Even Nancy Pelosi said he couldn't do it.
SCOTUS said he couldn't do it, and he did it any way, illegally.

...by suing administration and passing new laws.
For example:
You reallly didn't know that?
Your thesis that Biden was somehow a dictator operating outside of Constitutional checks and balances is ignorant nonsense.
I based my thesis on the 1st sentence of the OP link:

"Since taking office, President Biden has proposed and implemented executive actions that have cost taxpayers over $2 trillion."

key words being "have cost"

Read the OP and again. The money was spent illegally, like forgiving student loans when SCOTUS said NFW.
How was it spent if we are talking about some proposals that are not even in effect and 10 year out cost estimates?

You are posting pure nonsense.

Lets take one

“Hardship” Student Loan Proposal:

You know what "Upcoming" means? That means ZERO was spent, because it is not in effect. That $350 billion is a 10 year projection, not any sort of actual accounting of what was spent.

Lets take another one:

New Multi-Pollutant Emission Standards for Light- and Medium Duty Vehicles:
  • When: March 2024
  • Cost: $224 billion
  • Action: Set irrationally high standards to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, forcing automobile manufactures to transition 70 percent of their fleets to electric by 2030.
So this is about 2030 requirements...and you are talking about it being already spent? :cuckoo: And btw, where the hell does $224 billion comes from? May as well be their ass, since like in many other items they just generally cite CBO's huge 10 year budget and economic outlook without any explanation of what they are actually citing.

SCTOUS said he could not use the HEROS act to do it. And he did not after that ruling.

Have you ever read the ruling? It was very limited.
