Is a Plyler v. Doe challenge in Trump’s crosshairs? Should Americans be forced to fund education for the children of alien enemies?

As Trump continues to work for core Americans and aims to restore fundamental logic and sanity to the workings of the U.S. you have to believe he and Stephen Miller are planning an attack on the Plyler ruling.
It certainly looks like the globalist America haters are planning for such an attack.

Many Americans don't think so, while as many do.

That's why we have legislatures and courts.

A public school system? The legislatures do, and the Courts opine on their law.

It's how our system works.
NO….this thread queries your opinion. Don’t be scared, the question is simple ….should Americans be REQUIREDto fund Unkotare ‘s salary and education for the worlds people?
The question is quite simple

Just because it never stuck with you, you want to deprive everyone of an education?

That is the legislature's job. That's my opinion.

What is yours?

When someone is a citizen, they are a citizen. It can't be "stolen" like a cheap TV. Anyone born in the US is a US citizen.

hahaha…cool spin…So disgusting degenerate parents can’t break into your home, steal a cheap T.V. and give it to their silver tooth filth?
What’s sad is; you disgusting degenerate globalists value that cheap TV above a U.S. citizenship.

Under current interpretation of the 14th, correct.

But in the context of illegal immigration, those who haven't been born here, can essentially steal citizenship by claiming asylum or somesuch.

If birthright citizenship is overturned at SCOTUS, Congress should pass laws upholding the citizenship of those who were born here prior to the ruling. I don't think it would be fair to kick them out.

I agree with the immediate above.

The chance of the 14th being overturned is slim, I think.
