Yes, illegal aliens are stealing / using American citizen SS#s to illegally get jobs in the US and use those stolen numbers when filing taxes...and the IRS knows it. They have little problem identifying it...but they refuse to alert American citizens their IDs have been stolen. They & the DOJ do not make any effort to stop it or hold those doing so accountable...

Note the IRS commissioner tried to claim the IRS does notify Americans....but that's not what the evidence found reveals. Senator Coates would have none of his deceit / lies, though.
Coates informed Koskinen that he had discovered that the agency ignores evidence that illegals are using improper numbers and continues to process W-2s and then issue refunds to illegals.
The commissioner's response to being busted in a lie? In trying to defend Hillary's criminal activity the other day, Obama actually claimed that there is 'Top Secret Info and then there is top Secret Info' - mishandling one is ok but mishandling the other is bad. Again 'WTF?!' Well, it seems the IRS Commissioner took a page out of Obama's 'WTF' book of political B$ / Tactics by trying to explain that there is a 'bad' act of identity theft that is illegal and then there is a 'good / ok' act of identity theft...that some crimes are ok and should be over-looked - the same thing Obama was saying about Hillary:
The commissioner even tried to defend FRAUD - the misuse of someone else's SS#:
"Koskinen went to pains to insist there was a difference between “bad” use of stolen identification numbers for tax fraud, and the apparently non-bad use of Social Security numbers to get jobs.
“There are questions about whether there’s a way we could simply advise people,” Koskinen insisted. “A lot of the time those Social Security numbers are borrowed from friends and acquaintances and they know they’ve been used; other times they don’t.”
I have never seen or read about a more corrupt administration in US history:
Obama has refused to enforce our existing immigration laws.
Obama has engaged in human trafficking to bring illegals here.
Obama has protected them from going to jail, refused to detain / deport violent illegals
Obama has protected Sanctuary Cities
Multiple agencies have worked for the benefit of illegal, criminal illegals
Now we find out the IRS is aware of the crimes of identity theft and fraud against Americans and is doing nothing to stop it!
