I had not heard about making tips tax free before very
recently. It seems to me to be an issue for scholars of
law. There are all kinds of laws regarding transfer of
money and at what point the transfer must be "declared"
for tax purposes. I am not sure how "TIP" will be defined.
Could someone "TIP" a district attorney a few hundred
thousand? how about a juror? a cop?

This would’ve never happened during the days of Saddam Hussein. He had a Christian vice president. And Trump said Saddam was good at killing terrorists. Now I’m not saying Saddam was the greatest leader ever but a lot of Iraqis I have spoken to said the country was much better with him in power.

This marriage thing is unfortunately highly influenced by Iran so that’s why this kind of stuff is happening. Once the Ba’ath party fell in 2003 in Iraq Iran flooded the country with influence.
