This has been a long time coming and I don't understand why the UN has been dragging its feet. But finally the International Court of Justice of the United Nations has taken up the issue of Ukraine's responsibility for genocide and related crimes in Donbass.

"Evidence confirms that the Kiev regime has committed genocide against the Russian and Russian-speaking population of Donbass. This includes information on targeted extermination of the civilian population in Donbass. Mass murder, torture, bombings and indiscriminate shelling. Forcible eradication of Russian ethnic identity includes the banning of the Russian language and culture, the persecution of the Russian-speaking Orthodox Church and hero-worshipping Third Reich collaborators."
