The U.S. is not a signatory to any treaty or Charter giving the ICC any jurisdiction involving the U.S. since we viewed it as a denigration of our sovereignty.

I made a mistake i meant the ICJ, there are so many courts it's hard to keep up with which if any the US recognize, they like it when the ICC indict black Africans brown people and Serbs, then they recognize it, i always knew it was a sham court weaponized by the US and their underlings, in this case it is the ICJ.
