Inshallah: Child abuse in Turkish Madrassas to be investigated?

Accusations towards Erdogan´s regime get loud that it is in bed with islamist child abusers. One could say that then the German Christian Party of Merkel would be in bed with christian child abusers but the comparison is flawed because most of the reported cases in Turkey are about illegal groups that are nevertheless tolerated by the government. The comparison then should be about criminal illegals in Germany that are tolerated or even illegally granted asylum or other forms of inhabitation.
What both have in common is that media are largely silent about this, be it a news blackout in Turkey or self-censorship in Germany.

Best I can tell, the guy is saying that pedophiles are not caused by structures such as a government.

Erdogan is about censorship but I don't see how he would single out this over here all by itself. It's across the board.
