So assuming this asshole is a illegal invader. I was amazed at first then disgusted. This POS was serving LIFE for kidnapping among other crimes but now that's tossed out AND his 41 year sentence for aggravated assault, aggravated battery and family violence battery convictions are to be RESENTENCED! Wow....so assuming can't take into consideration he did actually kidnap his ex gf by not allowing her to leave her apartment....this thug will get out and harm someone on the streets because we know DAMN WELL Obama ain't gonna deport his ass.
