the answer is obvious. Enforce section 1324 title 8 which makes it a federal felony to encourage illegals to live here. You can't hire an illegal or rent them housing or let them use our schools. Enforce 1324 and the illegals will leave.

It depends. Japanese has quite simple (for IndoEuropean speaker) phonetics, pretty simple grammar, two alphabets and only three thousands of Chinese characters. What is even more important - there are a lot of cartoons and graphic novels (anime and manga) which makes process of studying quite entertaining. If you don't care about etiquette - Japanese is pretty simple, and Korean alphabet is even simplier, and grammar is a bit more complicated that in Japanese.
As for me, with my lack of musician ear, tonal languages like Chinese and Vietnamese are quite difficult. Chinese grammar is even simplier than English one, but you need to study all those characters.
