And over his term in office (the one term he got to serve) he has been above that average, on average. The chart I posted shows 5.7. If it was updated, it would be lower, but not much lower.

What IS inflationary is when you pump trillions of dollars into an economy that is no longer IN lock down! Larry Summers...who is about as far from a conservative as you could possibly get...warned about rampant inflation if the Democrats went ahead with their massive government spending spree as the nation was coming out of the pandemic lock downs. He warned them not to do it but they ignored him. What happened after that is TOTALLY on the left! You wanted it...you got it!

People weren't suffering under Trump. Black and Hispanic Americans were seeing record employment and net gains to their disposable incomes. Blacks and Hispanics are disproportionately suffering under Biden because inflation hurts the poor more than anyone else.
