The fact that the teachers' union sued to stop this is an example of how they care more about themselves than they do children's education. If the government school system were turning out a superior product then thousands of parents wouldn't be seeking to pull their kids out of it. The only people served by the public school system today are those employed by it.

ItÂ’s hard to overstate what an outstanding victory for school choice IndianaÂ’s Supreme Court issued yesterday.

IndianaÂ’s highest court ruled unanimously in Meredith v. Pence that the Choice Scholarship Program (CSP), which provides vouchers to low-income and middle-income families in the Hoosier State, is constitutional. The suit, brought by the teachers unions, sought to end the countryÂ’s largest and most inclusive school voucher program.

Thankfully for the families currently participating in the CSP—and for the 600,000 children who are now eligible to receive scholarships to attend a private school that meets their unique learning needs—the court sided 5–0 with educational freedom.

Indiana Supreme Court Grants Victory to School Choice

The only problem I see is the program is not available to all students.

They only wanted to make sure our children go to public school so they can be indoctrinated into the libtard way of thinking like socialists.

I totally support school choice. Schools should be able to choose what students they will take and keep. A lot easier than they can today.
