They WELCOME the residents of totalitarian states to freely come and enjoy an open state.

Indiania has 2/3 Michigan's population and 2/3 Michigan's covid.

So BEING IN LOCKDOWN hasnt help the totalitarian states one bit. We have no covid advantage over a free state
