Whew.......this is good....a man murdered his wife, children and parents, but didn't use a gun........so...a win for gun grabbers everywhere......right?
14 people murdered and not one shot fired.......a good day for gun control....right?
From the news piece below...he used a butcher knife.......so...obviously.....we now need to enact knife control...at all levels.?....
I am thinking that no one needs metal knifes for cooking...plastic is just as good...right?
so we ban all metal knifes...only the police and military get them. We license any chefs who use knives, and we license all the remaining knives so if a crime or mass murder is committed witht them we can punish the original owner no matter if he is involved at all or not.......
did I cover all the right anti knife bases?
wE also need to ban sedatives of all kinds...especially NyQuil, and even Benadryl.........
Indian Knife Massacre: Only the US Has the Kind of Mass Murders That Embarrass President Obama - The Truth About Guns
“Hasnin Anwar Warekar drugged his wife, children and parents and then slit their throats at a party on Saturday evening before hanging himself, according to reports.” Fourteen of them in Thane, India. A mass murder by any definition. Only it didn’t happen. It simply couldn’t have. Because President Obama himself — the leader of the free world — has taken precious time away from the links to tell us just how unique we are in this. That mass killings don’t happen in other countries as they do here. Since other, more enlightened nations . . .
from the news story.....
Accountant 'drugs and slits throats of 14 members of his own family' at party
Neighbours heard Warekar's sister screaming for help some time after midnight, following a family gathering on Saturday evening.
Indian media have reported that Warekar either laced the evening meal with a sedative or waited until his family had gone to bed before bolting the doors of the house and beginning his assault.
Thane Police spokesperson Gajanan Laxman Kabdule told AFP news agency that investigators were awaiting forensic analysis to determine whether the victims had been drugged. He added that details of the attack were "still sketchy."
Ashutosh Dumbre, joint commissioner of Thane police, said: “Prima facie evidence suggests that the accused bolted all the doors of the house and murdered his family while they were asleep with a knife that we found near his body.”
