This may come as a shock to many, but as the DNC spends trillions on God knows what, the post office is under water in debt. Did they forget about them or just don't care about them, or maybe they want the public to suffer. Who knows.

In Venezuela, you can only mail something for about an hour at high noon, and then have to bribe them to mail it or it will never get mailed.
