Nature being what it is, this is a mutation. A human being born with a vagina, yet carrying male chromosomes and hormones. Not unlike a man who has a surgically created vagina. Up until puberty there isn't a whole lot of difference between boys and girls. Girls might be taller, stronger, faster. But once the male body develops their superiority is clear. They werent tested properly. The governing body that did it didnt do it right.The Olympics tested them and had no problem.
