Executive Orders have the force of Law that can only be overridden by the Congress (We the People). The judiciary has no power or authority to nullify an Executive Order. Particularly at the District Court Level.

No, the SC is not the final arbiter, even they are not ABOVE the president, merely co-equal. But they alone have restraining power on the president. But as far as lower courts--- nyet.

When the SCOTUS acts, it is not like a father to a son, but as a counselor to the president saying they have reviewed his action and found a constitutionally-valid flaw in the plan.

A "squeaker"? You obviously have no idea how American presidential elections work. Trump had a commanding win in the Electoral College which is all that matters and even had a victory in the popular vote. The popular vote means nothing in a presidential election.
