I think the word you are seeking is 'Relativism.'

Think of it like wanting to be able to play chess where all the pieces (except pawns) are fluid, and you can redefine their names and rules as needed, so that no matter how the game goes, how bad you play, you just change the rules when needed of certain pieces so that you still come out on top, whether playing chess, arguing, running an election, filing a criminal complaint, or applying for the bench of the Supreme Court.

It goes beyond words. The quote below from O'Brien in 1984 sums it up perfectly.

No. A dictionary defines words and doesn’t involve hate, prejudice or bias. In fact, the effort to make sure that words have true meaning is an effort to avoid misunderstandings.

Why do others have to define women for you?

I never said, suggested or molies that any of us need to have anybody else define “woman” for us. The point is that we have long (and correctly) known what that word “woman” means — and this newly emerged “difficulty” some people have in defining it isn’t real. It’s fake. It is part of an effort to control thinking by deliberate distortions of the meaning of words.

False. I am, instead, just continuing to shine a bright light on the game-playing by others.

Whatever that might mean. We all live. And that’s true even where old, established and well understood meanings of words are being smudged, smeared and erased.
