First time in ages not a drop of snow for me

winter forecast, colder, wetter = more snow

try much warmer, yes wetter as in non stop rain and not a drop of snow yet

it's raining right now!

it looks like spring, it's very green

Yeah, we've got maybe a half an inch -- for the third time since Thanksgiving. Coeur D'Alene and Spokane are just wet with no snow and the ski resorts don't have enough to open. I think La Nina missed the bus.

68 degrees was the high in my area today. We haven't had a white Christmas in east TN since 2020.

God bless you always!!!

Holly

P.S. 69 is the said high for Friday here, 68 on Saturday, and 70 on Sunday. :) :) :)

Everywhere I lived even on the north border we had snow, often heavy but this years has been really odd so far

I can't imagine 68 in late DEC, that would just feel so strange

^^^ The weird thing for me is that before I moved to east TN, I was just south of Cincinnati, Ohio for ten years and never once did we have a white Christmas while I was up there. I've had to white Christmases, and they were both here in east TN, 2002 and 2020. :) :) :)

God bless you always!!!

Holly

P.S. 2020 was the deeper snow fall compared to the one in 2002. :) :) :)

funny but sad right on oct 1 people put on their studded snows, 3 months now of running them on bare roads
they sound so annoying

Wow, WA limits studs to Nov. 1 to Apr. 1. A significant fine if you are out of that period---I believe they are trying to up the fine in the next session as well as putting a $5 charge per tire on the purchase price to cover road damage. I didn't realize ID didn't have the same limits.
