Developed to protect public buildings, it has been found effective in keeping liberals away from the people they so love to urinate on! True, they may piss on any un-Democrat once - but even with their limited comprehension they rarely make a second attempt:

'Anti-wee paint' sprays drunken revellers' crimes right back at them

So, will Regime Obama use the magical pen and the mystical phone to erect some sort of non-tariff barrier to importation of this breakthrough product?

If we see liberals walking around with squishy shoes......we'll know they have, once again, failed!
