Impeachment of Judiciary

Now as far as I can recall....
The way to remove federal judges, appointed by Presidents, is to have impeachment proceedings.

Now as I also recall....

The legislative branch is VERY reticent (reluctant) to do this due to unpopular opinions they might make.
However.

Once upon a time Judges were VERY hesitant to write laws from the bench with their decisions. An self denial of action called Judicial Restraint.

So.....
What exactly are the procedures for this? How do we remove these judges who are writing new laws and rewriting the constitution as they wish it to be instead of how it is written?

At the end of 90 days if the NGOs and payments are legit....they resume. He can't stop it. Congress can. And the reality is that likely congress will create new funding laws to stop the funding of certain NGOs.

Yep has the power but it looks pretty stupid thing to do. Shows a lack of actual management, if betrays trust and US Government procurement came that little bit harder and price a bit more up... Working for the Government used to have one thing cast iron, you got paid on time... Trump just gave that away, you have more secure contracts with Corporations, US Government has lost its blue chip rating with suppliers.

You have also got the problem that many Conservatives avocate for USAID as a method to grease a Corporate deal in their state... This is how stuff gets done, this is how it works... US has been getting the best deals for decades this way... Every country in the world knows if one on one with US they always had that Ace to play(it was what Made America Great)...

Any Government Email is truly never erased. (Which is why Hillary had her own private server, which was illegal)

These email chains are most likely unclassified but accurate. Even Gordon Liddy, when in jail, took advantage of this by placing a Memo in the Government system.
