1) Why is the federal government involved in the education of children?

2) Why is the federal government involved in welfare?

4) How come the government gets to force property owners to rent / sell to people they may not want to do business with?

5) If an employer must be compelled to hire only "legal Americans," what moral and legal duty do Americans have to pay higher prices and avoid buying foreign made goods?

6) If you entrust the federal government with all the power, what is the point of having state and local governments?

7) You have a Constitution Free Zone around the border, extending 100 miles into the border on the pretext of enforcing what the anti-immigrants claim are criminal laws (in fact, it is not, but that's another discussion.) What would keep government from using the 14th Amendment and suspend the Constitution to enforce all criminal laws if you were within 100 miles of ... say a government facility? That would effectively repeal the Fourth Amendment, BTW

8) How does subjecting the citizenry to a POLICE STATE - National ID / REAL ID Act - E Verify, profiling, mandatory Socialist Surveillance Number ...ooops "Social Security Numbers," so - called "Patriot Act," creation of Dept. of Homeland (IN) Security, and womb to the tomb surveillance benefit a free nation?

9) Do any of those promoting the current proposed solutions ever try to reconcile the foundational principle of unalienable Rights with the power of a tyrannical government to hold those Rights in contempt for - I'm not understanding the real objective of the anti-immigrant, nationalists at this point...

10) The most important of all the questions: If we're going to give the country away to people that hate the message the right is promoting, what difference does any of this make since the people they rail against will be their leaders and bosses and literally own them in the future?
