Throughout its history the United States has let in people from around the world. It allows immigration as for what the government expects it would need. The government also closed down immigration when needed. It takes time for someone to be acclimated and then absorbed into the unique American culture. The last 55 years the doors have been locked open with a massive amount of illegals also entering. This is a problem in some areas and is helped by a nation that is now a high tax one. What makes it worse is one party has become very involved with this and eventually the United States will cease to exist. And people believe things will be better. They won't.

The United States does more for people outside our country than any civilized society. Every year we allow nearly 1 million foreigners to become citizens of this country, and that's on top of another million we allow to work, study, or visit here on VISA's and green cards. Then look at all the foreign aid we provide, not to mention dozens of private charities for hungry people in other countries.

Your analogy is nonsense. I give you a concrete example what the USA is doing: A German came in the age of some month into the USA. He grew up there. His US-American step-father and his German mother died. He stayed to be in the USA. One day he came into a clinic and they made him with a wrong medicamentation of painkiller to a drug addict. Some time later a policemen stopped him in a control with his car. A few days later this migrant arrived in his home country Germany in the age of 60 with $20. He spoke no word German, had absolutelly not any idea about Germany and he is not allowed to visit the USA the rest of his life. That's the short story of one of the illegal immigrants in the USA. How would you feel to be born again in the age of 60 with an asset of $20 in a strange country?
