Doctors are afraid that if pregnant women in their care have miscarriages, they'll face criminal charges for facilitating abortions, so they won't even accept patients who aren't 12 weeks pregnant. Most miscarriages occur in the first trimester so when women miscarry, their doctor won't treat them, and their hospitals won't admiti them. As a result, women are dying.

It's even weirder that someone who claims to be a woman, doesn't understand that it doesn't matter when you're bleeding out and the hospital refuses to treat you, it's because Republican men have made miscarriage treatment illegal, along with abortions. D&C's are now illegal in 6 week states, except to save the life of the mother.

Not to save the "health" of the mother, because that's used to justify abortions on the grounds of "mental health", not to preserve her ability to have future babies, but only to save her life.

Deaths of women from the complications of pregnancy and childbirth have increased by 56% in Texas since they passed their 6 week ban, and Texas was already one of the highest pregnancy mortality states in the union.
