I'm getting audio ads opening up on some pages VERY ANNOYING!

The last 2 or 3 days there has been some audio ads opening up at this site. I can never figure out how to stop it, so I'll X out of the page. I don't think I accidentally clicked on anything.

Just wanted to let management know about this.
