I'm drinking this 50 year old Jim Beam I found at a garage sale...

Will I die?

I mean, the bottles were all still sealed and they were only $2 apiece. How could I pass that up? They are also glass bottle, not glazed ceramic. Ceramic bottles sometimes have lead in the glazing, which can leach into the contents.

Think I'll try the 50th Anniversary 1919-1969 first...

Smooth.....

The bottles are beautiful! They look so vintage and elaborated!

About the content I don't know, it's hard to say if it's safe to drink.

I was joking. This wasn't the first old bottle I've cracked open, they're pretty easy to find at garage sales.

I had a 4o year old bottle of crown one time that was pretty good. I have a bottle of J&B about the same age but doubt I will ever crack it open,

The same with old vintage perfume bottles! They are so beautifully made, like little works of art!

This stuff isn't doing anything. Maybe I should try drinking some out of that WW2 Japanese canteen I found too...

You know that when they are bottled, they stop aging, right?
