A man who came to the U.S. illegally and was subsequently deported four times allegedly killed a mother and her son in Colorado, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) spokesperson told the Daily Caller News Foundation.
Jose Guadalupe Menjivar-Alas, who is from El Salvador, was previously deported four times after initially sneaking into the country undetected, ICE said. Menjivar-Alas, 37, was charged with vehicular homicide reckless, vehicular homicide DUI and habitual traffic offender after he allegedly crashed his vehicle and killed 47-year-old Melissa Powell and her 16-year-old son, Riordan, on Dec. 12, according to the Broomfield Police Department.
The accused has four convictions from Boulder County Court for alcohol-related driving offenses that occurred between 2007 and 2019, ICE said. A Boulder County judge had sentenced Menjivar-Alas to probation, community service and work release four days before his latest alleged offense, according to CBS News.Besides driving down wages in construction, the other thing you will get with illegals , is a shit ton of DUI and domestic violence. It's their national pastime.
Meanwhile, to get an K1 visa to legally enter the US, applicants have to get a letter from the
police in every place they lived longer than six months documenting that they didn't have any arrests.
Once all that was submitted it takes at least a year to get permission to enter.....And that was without the current backlog. That's why we can't get folks we need with the qualified skills into the country.
And fuck me runnin'.....This guy was able to wander over the border at least five times, get multiple jobs, have multiple DUIs, and face no serious consequences.
All I know for sure is that the recidivism rate for dead people is 0%.
