Because the Republicans eked-out a narrow majority in the House during the mid-terms.so why is pelosi leaving if repubs failes
The trouble for you is that your predicted Red Tsunami turned into a Red Dripping Faucet.
To say that the GOP underperformed versus expectations in the 2022 mid-terms is to engage in profound understatement.
Why did the GOP underperform so dramatically in the 2022 mid-terms?
Trump.
The Republicans had a vast advantage stretching as far back as the Spring of 2022.
The economy sucked (and still does). Gas (and other energy) prices have skyrocketed. The southern border is a sieve. Gay Mafia and Woke-ism control.
So how-in-the-hell did the idiot Republicans lose the momentum and barely eke-out a House majority and fail to take the Senate after all that negativity?
Two things:
1. the overturning of Roe-v-Wade
2. Trump ( in the form of Trump -backed candidates, threats of political violence, links to hyper-right-wing ideologies and January 6, 2021 )
You can't do anything about (1).
You CAN do something about (2).
I suggest you dump your current standard bearer in favor of a candidate with a similar agenda but with more youth and vision and less baggage and drama.
While there is still time.
America needs you as a counter to the worst that the Idiot Left oftentimes (and is presently) serving-up.
But you will be sitting on the sidelines again for another four years if you do not fix (2) before 2024.
Snap out of it.
Think.
