Thank you! I read page 1 and then the Conclusions/Recommendations, not the 600 pages in between, but it seems the only recommendations are to tighten up FBI policy on email and texting, and to not allow another "Comey Moment" when he went around AG Lynch about the Hillary investigation.

So no one is getting arrested. FBI tell your folks it's not appropriate to do private texting with your paramour on company phones during work hours. That's about the crux of it, isn't it?
