Wealth, education, geographic location, vocation, sex, age, race, religion all help determine how we vote. Different demographics will have different issues that will influence how they vote.

People will be voting with their pocketbooks.

If the economy improves drastically then Barry will get his second term.

If it don't then it will be Prez Romney as I think he will get the nom.

The President's current poll numbers show the public sees their pocketbooks improving. The public still blames the Bush administration for our recent great recession. Women are concentrating on retention of what they see as their rights.

Yes, Romney will get the nomination. That's a given. He's the Republican heir apparent. The problem is he's so divisive among Republicans based on his past actions, and is alienating women and male independents with his pandering to the extreme right, that he's a joke of a nominee.

BTW, the number one issue for women is healthcare. No surprise to me.

That democracy responded REALLY WELL to FDRs programs.

Obamas ideas would have done better too except that your right wing republican party made it a higher priority to KEEP Obama from having success for poltical reasons rather than helping improve this country.

Both Obama and FDR saved capitalism. Both could have said, "let the banks fail" and then we'll nationalize them. The choices those great leaders made was to keep them alive so our economic system wouldn't collapse.

FDR extended the depression with his policies. The only thing that stopped the GP was WWII. Barry has extended this receission with his polices as well. His stimulus did nothing but save some public sector jobs until the taxdollars ran out.

His "Shovel Ready Jobs" weren't well, shovel ready.

As for sucking corporate Dick Barry does that quite well.
