Cancers take resources from the body and divert blood flow from other regions, including the brain, in order to grow. Cancers inevitably weaken the body and can be detrimental to the body as a whole because it takes away the body's ability to function normally. In Biden's case, he most likely has a form of dementia known as "vascular" dementia, brought on by poor blood flow to the brain caused by his cancer.

Cancers can disrupt blood flow and contribute to dementia. I won't bother with the rest of your post.
