Article II says that power is invested in "a" president. Edith Wilson and Jill Biden were gatekeepers for their respective husbands. They did not control policy, so that's one flaw in your argument. Their advisers were more likely running the country in his stead. Take in mind that neither the 25th Amendment or the federal laws prohibiting this existed during Wilson's time. That's another flaw in your argument.

His (Biden's) advisers took on roles and duties normally reserved for him. That violates federal law, namely 18 USC 912, and Article II of the Constitution, among other things. They didn't even try to invoke the 25th Amendment, which only buttresses my theory that they took on his duties and powers unlawfully.

I'm not buying any of this. So stand down.
