There are whole oceans of water, all it needs are nuclear power plants set near them that can not only provide electricity to the countries but fresh water also, which can be pumped into the interior. Also with desalination you can split the water molecules where there would be enough hydrogen to make fuel cells for cars, but that wont happen because the Marxists cannot have happy people driving around all day and going on vacations that would also make the citizens happy, as it is about control that Marxist have to RULE with an iron fist.
