If two innocent police officers can be put on trial, Ashli Babbitts killer can too

I received a plea from the wife of Chance Bretches for defense funds. I looked at his case. He was cleared by the official investigation as Michael Byrd has been. Yet Bretches is soon to be on trial.

Bondi, do your job and indict Michael Byrd.

AUSTIN, Texas — Two Austin police officers have been indicted for using force on a man in a case nearly two years old that police officials closed with no findings of wrongdoing against the officers.
Officers Chance Bretches and Gregory Gentry face felony assault by a public servant charges in Travis County court. The extent of the man's injuries as a result of the force was not immediately clear.
We need more Michael Byrds and fewer Ashley Babbits.

But Trump's pardons and commutations for people he has called "patriots" did not wipe away certain defendants' extensive criminal records or any other criminal charges they may be facing

Throughout his 2024 campaign for president, Donald Trump repeatedly promised to give pardons to his supporters who had been criminally charged in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol. But up until the moment he reentered the Oval Office on Monday night, his exact plans remained vague. Even his Vice President, JD Vance, appeared to be unaware of the new president's plan as recently as Jan. 12.

If Babbitt was a Black Woman you would agree that her her civil rights were violated
I don't know any Black women that stupid HOWEVER, if a Black woman was leading a mob trying to breach a barricaded area where members of Congress had been instructed to shelter in place, then yeah, she would have deserved the exact same outcome.

WHY? Because a violent mob attempting to get their hands on members of Congress or the Vice President of the United States is a friggin crime in spite of what you all seem unable to understand.
