Not at all.

Let's go through the list...

He's been found guilty of 34 felony counts.

He was accused of falsifying business records to cover up another crime. This was proven in court.

His business records recorded work done for his lawyer as "legal services." In 2017 and 2018. In court, it was proven his lawyer conducted almost no legal services during the dates the checks were given to his lawyer. Further, it was proven in court they were actually reimbursement checks for paying off a porn star in 2016 to not publicly discuss having sex with Trump. This was backed up with hand written notes from Trump's CFO.

So the part of Trump falsifying records was proven.

His attorney went to prison for paying off that porn star, among other crimes, for an illegal campaign contribution. So it was also proven in court a crime was committed, for which, Trump reimbursed his attorney. Audio evidence was presented in court establishing Trump and his attorney conspired to make hush money payments.

The underlying crime which elevated the 34 misdemeanors to felonies was NY § 17.152, which makes it a crime to influence an election using unlawful means. The unlawful means was the legal hush money payoff. And it was proven in court that payoff was all about the election and nothing else when it was shown Trump tried stalling making the payment to the pirn star until after the election, so that he wouldn't have to pay her anything.

All proven in court. Guikty as charged.

Because it's a stupid and whiny lie you just invented because you're married to the only talking point you knoof cousrdse
of course it is to you because you cant say anything against them.....how bad does your head hurt if you contemplate saying something negative against them?...come on FF show me im wrong......

I believe the gender gap will be the largest factor in giving the Dems the win.
There are many Republican women who will not support Trump.
add in the right to choose and you are looking at 4-6% unpollable choices for Harris. During the debate Trump will shit out of his mouth and have not only his pants full of shit but also his mouth.

Except when I did, directly to you. Just yesterday.

See? You are so married to your one talking point, you can't even hold a rational conversaion.
ok i read that post....you sound like the born loser poster....he hates the republicans more than he does your party yet he is still voting republican with trump....it sounds like you dont have much respect for the democrats but yet your still going to support them....how does voting for that "lessor evil" make this country better when very little gets advanced?....these people all say the same shit when running...im going to do this and i promise that i will do this.....all the same shit...and then when they get in the excuses start.....voting for the same people over and over gets you nothing but the same old shit...

For starters, these are misdemeanors for a reason. Rarely is a person pursued for these crimes. The fact that Bragg used some obscure statute to elevate them to felonies doesn’t make them more egregious. A non-partisan person would look at these charges and say that it certainly seems more dangerous for our country when a state’s AG, who is politically opposed, goes to such lengths to get a felony conviction for misdemeanors for a politician running for office.

Secondly, well known people and businesses often pay others to keep quiet on issues that could reflect negatively on them, whether true or not. Trump and Trump Inc. was well known before running for office and had I am quite sure that Daniel’s wasn’t the only person that was given money to go away. Just because this payment was made during the election cycle, doesn’t prove election interference. Unlike you and me, he had a reputation and a company to protect, regardless of politics.

Lastly, how could a sane person believe that Trump allegedly trying to hide a hush money payment made with his own money during an election cycle would make him somehow unfit for office and dangerous? Keep in mind, this is opposed to a candidate of a party that pursued such nonsense in the first place and pressured media outlets to censor negative information about their opposition during the same election cycle, not to mention lying to the FISA court so they could justify spying on a candidate back in 2016, using a pandemic as an excuse to permanently change the election laws to benefit their party, feckless foreign policy causing world wide instability, etc. etc. etc. There really is no comparison. Clearly, the Democratic Party is a danger to our country, but with the help of the MSM spin machine, people believe nonsense like Trump’s alleged payment to a porn star is the real threat. Our enemies are solid blue in this election. That is a fact.

Conservatives can read the tea leaves and are starting to consider what the Republican Party will look like after a Trump loss. Conservative writer and Bush campaign creative team director is predicting a Republican Civil War if Trump loses.

Questions:
1. Does Trump go quietly if he loses?

2. Who can pull the Republican Party back together after it has been defined as a party of personality?

If Trump loses, expect a Republican civil war

To have one family in complete control of a major national political party is an aberration in our country. Daughter-in-law Lara Trump, installed as co-chair of the Republican National Committee in March, naively spoke the truth in February when she said of its fundraising, “Every single penny will go to the number one and the only job of the RNC — that is electing Donald J. Trump as president of the United States…”

That aside, a Trump loss inevitably means an internal civil war within the Republican Party. I believe a “war” is inevitable between the all-powerful Trump forces and those who want to move on from the Trump era and win the White House in 2028 without any Trump family members on the ticket.

Like all civil wars, this one could be brutal, because the GOP opposition forces see in Trumpism a political dead-end with a shrinking voter base. Today, identifying as a Republican is not about conservative governing principles but automatic loyalty to Trump, with his MAGA troops in control of the party machinery from top to bottom.

So who would it be? Some names are familiar and obvious: Former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), who each look in the mirror and see a future president. Add a new name with popular Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R), who has had a contentious history with Trump — haven’t they all, though? That experience will embolden these leaders to forge a new path for the party, maybe led by one of them, or else a new leader will emerge.
/---/ Then vote for Trump. Problem solved,

I have doubts about the USA surviving a Harris term. I would not be surprised to see it just fall apart as states leave without a fight.

States can't leave dumbass. They can ignore bad Federal policies and battle it out in court.

A Republican congress can stop a lot of stupid policies.

That's nice.

But one of them is going to be president.

And they are not the same in every way.

So it's easy enough for any responsible adult to choose.

Will that still be true if Trump wins and blue states decide to secede?
We might have a constitutional convention with an amendment to dissolve the union.

I'm a Convention of States supporter. The agenda is set.

blue is active legislation this year.

A republican "revolution" seems far fetched, but did I think Maga would attack their own capital .... no, I didn't see THAT one coming. LOL

But Reagan was referred to with "revolution" but what he did was essentially find Goldwater's views Trumped (-: moderate gopers' tolerance of the growth of federal power. Ironically, Goldwater was firmly pro-choice. W ended that small gummit bs. LOL

mini me and Project 2025 seem a return to 19th century religious intolerance and a rejection of women having autonomy over their bodies and lives. Neither have viability. (-:

Trump is a populist. (the opposite on mini me and Project 2025 btw) And he's struggling to accomodate both his anti-choice issues and his tendency to .... popular shit. lol

I'm certain the US will have a conservative party. We've had federalists the wigs and the gopers. I'm not at all certain that we will have only two parties. And I'm very suspicious that Trump's core beliefs (such as they may be) are more comptatable with liberalism than conservatism.

If this is true, then all Americans need to come together and vote for Trump in order to avoid a coming civil war.
We can do this!

What civil war? Who is on sides? Its nonsense.

The OP mentions a "Republican civil war". More wishful thinking by a democrat than fact.

Republicans are united around populism. Conservatism is too small a constituency.

Populism knows that the US is basically a center-right country.
