Nope. I correctly and often cited him as being found guilty by a jury of his peers on 34 felony counts, which is accurate. I am aware of the laws in New York, whether you or the President elect is or not. Many states have laws, saying a convicted felon cannot run for state office, unless pardoned. There is nothing, saying that in the US Constitution. Like I said, if you want your felon, you can keep your felon.

Stand trial for what. No charges pending. Anything he did in office, he or his lawyers would say, were official acts and Supreme Court says those cannot be prosecuted. So, yes, he is off the hook, if he was ever on one. The Supremes ruled this, last summer, to help Trump, but could not say it applied only to Trump.
